LA Value Pro offers two desktop reports for single-family homes and condominiums anywhere in our Los Angeles County coverage: Standard Desktop at $449 and Basic Desktop at $299. Both rest on the same research and comparable sales analysis; they differ in how much of that work the report shows.

Which report should you choose?
Choose the Standard Desktop report when a CPA will file it, when several beneficiaries will rely on it, for gift tax returns, or whenever the value could be reviewed years from now. The Basic Desktop report suits simpler estates and family decisions where a concise, fully supported value is enough. If you are unsure, pick "Not sure" on the request form and we will recommend one.
What is not extra
Past effective dates cost the same as current values. There is no travel charge, because there is no travel. The fee is confirmed in writing before you pay.
Payment
After we confirm the request, we email a secure online invoice. Work begins once it is paid.
Properties we do not take
2–4 unit buildings, vacant land, commercial and mixed-use property, homes under construction, and properties in the county's predominantly rural areas. Ask if you are unsure about a property.
