How a request becomes a signed report

Ordering an LA Value Pro appraisal takes a few minutes online. Nothing is scheduled at the property, and you pay only after we confirm the property qualifies and the fee is right.

1. Send the request

   Use the order form to give us the address, the purpose, and the date the value is needed for. It takes about three minutes and commits you to nothing.

2. We confirm and invoice

   Within one business day we confirm the property qualifies for a desktop report, confirm the fee, and email a secure online invoice.

3. Pay and share photos

   Once the invoice is paid, the assignment starts. We ask for photos of the home, and for past dates, anything that shows its condition then.

4. Receive the signed report

   The finished appraisal arrives as a PDF in 3+ business days, ready for your CPA, attorney, or file.

What to have ready

• The property address, and whether it is a single-family home or a condominium
• The purpose, such as a date of death, a trust distribution, a gift, or a divorce
• The effective date, if the value is needed for a past date
• Who will rely on the report, such as a trustee, CPA, or attorney

Photos and property details

After payment we ask for photos of the home inside and out, plus anything that shows its condition on the effective date if that date is in the past. Our photo checklist lists exactly what helps.

Timing

Confirmation and invoice arrive within one business day of your request. The signed report is delivered in 3+ business days. If you face a filing deadline, mention it in the request.

Estates often hold more than one home or condo. List every address in a single request and we will confirm and invoice them together.
