Privacy notice

This notice explains what LA Value Pro collects through this website and how it is used.

What we collect

When you send a request or message, we receive what you type: your name, email address, optional phone number, the property address, and details about the appraisal. Our web host records standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

How it is used

To answer you, prepare and deliver the appraisal you request, send invoices, and keep the records appraisers are required to keep under USPAP. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party email service.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Your choices

To ask about or correct information you have sent, email [email protected]. Appraisal workfiles must be retained for the period required by USPAP.
